Punta Vista S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican Corporation created in 2004 involved in the development of Punta Vista I & II. The Chairman of the Board is Mr. Theron Shamgochian from Modesto, California. He is a successful broker in the international crop market. He has been following the real estate market in Puerto Vallarta for the past 10 years.

The Legal Representative and Administrator is Mr. Alexis Burwell, an international relations and foreign investments graduate who has been actively involved in the real estate industry in Puerto Vallarta and the shores of Nayarit for the past 3 years.

Theron Shamgochian
Born in Fresno California and graduated California State University, Stanislaus with a Bachelof of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance. Business Experience includes development of farm lands including almonds, grapes and cherries, processing farm commodities and marketing same throughout the worked to industrial trade such as Hershey, Mars and General Foods under his own marketing brand. He has also developed and marketed subdivisions in the central valley of California and is currently developing a senior citizen mobile home park. He has owned property in Vallarta since 1986 and entered into development and real estate activity 4 years ago.

Marc Sinanian
After receiving a Master Degree in Finance and Marketing from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Marseille, France, Marc Sinanian traveled throughout Southeast Asia working as a Foreign Exchange Broker. In the early 1990’s he came to Puerto Vallarta where he settled and started a successful career selling high-end residences. In 2000, Marc co-founded La Punta Realty and has since specialized in promoting large undeveloped parcels of land along the coast. Marc’s goal is to provide all the resources necessary to make purchasing real estate in Mexico a pleasurable and easy experience.

Alexis Burwell
A native of the Yucatán, Alexis received some of his education in the United States (including several semesters at the University of California at Berkeley) but obtained his degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Involved in the greater Puerto Vallarta real estate market for over eight years, Alexis has been an active member of the local chapter of AMPI (Mexican Association of Professional Realtors) for which he served two terms as President. For the past five years Alexis has been focused on the North Shore of the Bay of Banderas, promoting and selling high-end residential projects.

are Fiscal and legal advisors from Guadalajara, Jalisco. This firm guarantees the operations and contracts concluded with the different parties involved along the project, as well as the tax declarations.

Fernando Garcia and Carlos Hanon are the firm's resident partners, and they handle the accounting directly.

Following a previously performed master search on the title, the developer will deliver each individual unit with its own title insurance policy from Stewart Title Guaranty Company of Houston TX

Pro-Ambient
Pro-Ambient is a professional ecological-studies agency that has been active in the Bay of Banderas promoting the protection of the local ecology. They are the advisors for the builders and have completed an ecological impact study for the project based on the regulations provided by SEMARNAP (Mexican environmental agency)

Biol. Rafael Giron is the manager of the company, after holding different posts in the regulatory agencies in Puerto Vallarta.

COBSA
A Bucerias based construction company, COBSA, with experience in the municipality is independently certifying the construction plans and procedures in order to be in accordance with the construction code and will issue the stage completion certificates.
